Family constellations - group workshop

I invite you to an exploration through which you can understand yourself, find your place in your family system and relationships, discover and honestly see the "North Star" in your family, the stable point, the guide in the midst of uncertainties and changes.

This experiential workshop opens a space to new possibilities and new life choices, and "Polaris" can show you the right direction, both in moments of low visibility and in clear moments.

In this therapeutic approach we are seen as part of a larger whole, a 'family' system, where our inner movements and our manifestations could be understood within the context of this system, be it a relationship, a family, a team of work, a body, a nation.
